Offer Kristen Scott a challenge and she rises to the occasion every time. Her passion for Dallas’ homes and neighborhoods is unparalleled. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate market and her keen eye for value are assets to buyers and sellers alike.

Since joining Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Kristen and her business partner, Kim Cocotos, have been honored as a top producing team. Kristen continues to offer her skills to a growing list of clients. As a 20-year resident of Dallas, she has first-hand knowledge of the area’s top schools, neighborhoods and hidden gems. Prior to joining Allie Beth Allman, Kristen enjoyed a successful career at Virginia Cook, where she and Kim were also top producers.

Kristen began her career in the corporate world working for two Fortune 500 companies. While building and renovating several homes, she discovered she had an intuitive feel for the real estate market. After 18 years in finance and sales, she made the leap to real estate and hasn’t looked back. Her corporate background sets her apart in this highly competitive marketplace. She’s analytical, results oriented, and her loyal clients would also add caring. Kristen listens to her clients’ needs and has the strategic skills to deliver results.

Born in St. Louis, Kristen attended Texas Christian University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. While at TCU, she was an active member of her campus community and served as President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Kristen later attended the Cox School of Business at SMU where she earned a Masters of Business Administration in finance and management consulting. She also holds her Graduate Realtor Designation.

Kristen resides in Preston Hollow with her husband Jim and their three children. She enjoys staying involved in the communities in which she works including Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Bluffview, Southlake, Lakewood and the Northern Dallas suburbs. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Dallas and is in the Junior Group of The Marianne Scruggs Garden Club. Kristen currently serves on the Good Shepherd Episcopal School Parents’ Board, and previously served as President of the Saint Michael Episcopal School Board. She is as passionate about the community as she is about homes, giving back as a volunteer with Jonathan’s Place, The Senior Source of Dallas, and Girls, Inc.
